The Barrelman's Night was possibly the biggest Jameson trade event of 2016. Conceived and implemented by Drinksology, the night began with 250 members of the on-trade whisked to a top-secret venue in the Titanic Quarter. Pull back the curtain and you entered two different imaginative Jameson worlds filled with, well, everything.

We enlisted the BAFTA-winning (and Oscar-nominated) producer Brian Falconer to help achieve maximum awesomeness on the night. Not the usual fare for a film producer, perhaps, but one that required the same levels of organisation, storytelling and production values as the day job.
(As it turned out, controlling chickens proved a piece of cake compared to 250 Jameson -loving VIPs.)
The magnitude of the task at hand meant it would have been all too easy to sweat only the big stuff – which of course we did. But we sweated the small stuff too. Complete attention to detail is what makes an event truly special. The towering trees, double decker bus and football pitch of real grass were perfectly complemented by intricate table settings, small plates and of course the inevitable glass of the Jameson along the way.
